As VP of Programs, Ms. Long has the responsibility for leading the council’s program portfolio, program operations, training, and quality management activities. Ms. Long has over 14 years’ experience in leading global merchant PCI compliance programs for large financial services organizations and payment processors. Prior to working within financial services, Ms. Long comes from a background of law enforcement, where she served as a Police Officer with Bedfordshire Police for over 10 years. Ms. Long holds a Master of Arts Degree – Management of International Payments Ecosystem, of the Middlesex University, London, England.
