Gregory V. Luna is Senior Corporate Counsel for CITGO Petroleum Company based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Luna has been with CITGO since 2007. Before joining CITGO, Mr. Luna was Senior Counsel at ConocoPhillips Company within the Litigation Department and handled significant matters in the upstream, midstream and downstream operations. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips, Mr. Luna was employed in private practice for eight years in McAllen, Texas.

As recent security incidents demonstrate, third party service providers can cause significant cyber risks. Knowing this, what should a company do to mitigate and manage this risk? Our panel will address this issue by focusing on business aspects of security through the contracting process with service providers.
