Should your application require an invitation letter, you may request one after registering. Upon registration, you will be provided with an additional separate letter. To facilitate border procedures it is recommended that all attendees present this letter to a Canada Border Services Agency officer upon their arrival to Canada.

Canada does not have a visa office in every country so it is important that you visit the website of the visa office responsible for processing your visa application for information on how to submit an application and the documentation required to support the application.

Visa Applications Processing Times:
Processing time for visas vary depending on the office and the time of the year. Please be sure to apply early for your visa, if one is required, as well as submit all supporting documents. Summer is normally the busiest time.
