Prior to Elavon, she had a fast-track career with British Telecom, rising to Head of Payment Card Industry Data Security Compliance leading a matrix team of 100 professionals to introduce and manage leading edge PCI Data Security globally for 27 platforms, 80 third-party providers, 80 million annual transactions.

The contact centre environment is changing.
