Mr. Adams is a cybersecurity expert with over 20 years’ experience. He’s a Director for the non-profit Cyversity (formerly ICMCP), CEO of Security Innovation, Research Fellow at Ponemon Institute, and Privacy by Design Ambassador for Canada. Mr. Adams has presented to tens of thousands at industry events such as RSA Conference (the US and Asia), Allstate CyberCon, and the PCI Community Meetings in North America and Europe. He’s also the host of Ed TALKS, a monthly panel that debates various cybersecurity topics.

This presentation discusses effective workforce planning with a particular focus on solving those two pervasive problems. We show a practical, effective approach to address both. We also share case studies of people who have successfully built diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs in cybersecurity at globally recognized organizations.
