As Senior Manager, Public Relations for PCI SSC, Ms. Malone develops and executes proactive communications and stakeholder engagement programs to educate and drive global collaboration in the payments industry.

With more than 13 years of communications experience, Ms. Malone joined PCI SSC from the tourism and hospitality industry. In her most recent position at R&R Partners, she directed the strategic public relations effort for the MGM National Harbor Resort & Casino project in Maryland. Prior to joining R&R Partners, Ms. Malone served as International Media Relations Manager for Destination DC, the official convention and tourism corporation for Washington, D.C. She has also served as Public Relations Manager for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, where she generated publicity for Las Vegas and the greater Southern Nevada region.

Ms. Malone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was an Honors College graduate. She has also taken college courses in Computer Programming, including technical writing, web authoring, and digital design, and served as a board member for a local Women in Technology club. Ms. Malone currently resides in Eugene, Oregon.
