As the Managing Director of Online Business Systems’ Risk, Security, and Privacy Practice, Rob is instrumental in building, growing, and leading a pragmatic, risk-based, and business-minded security consulting practice. His focus areas include advisory services with governance/program management, assessment services such as PCI, ISO, NIST, and HIPAA, and technical services like vulnerability management and application security.

Rob has worked in the Payment Card Industry since just before the release of v1 of the Data Security Standard in 2004, starting with the VISA CISP Program, and was part of the initial wave of Qualified Security Assessors. With over twenty years in the industry, over twenty-five years of consulting experience, and over thirty years in Information Technology, Rob leverages his extensive business and technology expertise in his current role. He holds CISSP, ISO, and QSA certifications and has conducted hundreds of assessments over the years, covering PCI, HIPAA, Cybersecurity Maturity, and general risk assessments.

His track record includes developing solutions that not only reduce operational risk and meet compliance goals but also support revenue-generating operations.
