Diana Greenhaw

Head of Engagement, PCI Security Standards Council

As Head of Engagement for PCI SSC, Diana Greenhaw is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders, including payment networks, financial institutions, merchants, service providers, and regulatory bodies.

Prior to joining PCI SSC Ms. Greenhaw had a successful career in payments that included stops at Worldpay, Visa and Block. During her time at Visa, she served as Vice President of Global Payment System Risk and was a member of the PCI SSC Executive Committee. She most recently served as Head of Security GRC Engagement at Block, Inc. and served on the PCI SSC Board of Advisors.

Ms. Greenhaw has more than 20 years of experience within various segments of the payment card industry and in management of compliance, data security, and risk mitigation initiatives and speaks frequently before industry and trade groups to promote global payment system security.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Texas State University.
