Jake Marcinko

As chairperson for the PCI SSC’s Software Security Working Group (SSWG) and Software Security Task Force (SSTF), Mr. Marcinko has been responsible for driving the ongoing development and management of the PCI SSC’s Software Security Framework since its inception. A seasoned cybersecurity professional with over 20+ years’ experience in network and application security, Mr. Marcinko has contributed to the development of numerous other PCI SSC security standards and programs including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), and the Point-to-Point Encryption Standard (P2PE). Mr. Marcinko is also an experienced skydiver, avid soccer player, and ardent world traveler.
