Ms. Ferro is the chair of the EMVCo Associates Programme Task Force and was a member of the Secure Remote Commerce Working Group, representing American Express. She has over 14 years of industry experience supporting various facets of the payments ecosystem from operational call centers, fraud, risk, product development, issuing, merchant services, and most recently the network business. Her focus within EMVCo is to help drive the continuous evolution of industry engagement through the Associates Programme, which has helped expand the number of companies involved in the development of technical specifications and overall EMVCo strategy. She also currently sits on the Steering Committee of the US Payments Forum, PCI Management Committee, and PCI Executive Committee.
