Ms. Cumberland joined the Council in July 2011 and leads the administration and ongoing operations of the quality management components to support the PCI SSC\u2019s Programs, most notably the Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), Payment Application Qualified Security Assessor (PA-QSA), and Point-to-Point Encryption (PCI P2PE) Programs. Prior to her work with the AQM team, Ms. Cumberland has held positions in quality assurance in the payment security industry, public education, management and retail banking.
