We will be providing an area for exhibitors to do a 25 minute presentation of a live demo of a security technique, product or service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:20px;font-family: Raleway,sans-serif;font-weight: 300;\"><strong>The Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:20px;font-family: Raleway,sans-serif;font-weight: 300;color:#000;\">\n<li>Six 25 minute slots are available during the breakfast, breaks and lunch sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Demo descriptions must be submitted to PCI for review by July 31, 2019.<\/li>\n<li>PCI will select six demos out of the submissions and you will be notified by Monday, August 12, 2019 if you have been selected for a Tech Exchange slot. If you are selected, it will be $300 to participate in the Tech Exchange.<\/li>\n<li>Demos will be scheduled to run consecutively but NOT concurrently.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibitors will have 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled time to set up their materials and 15 minutes after their demo to dismantle and vacate the area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:20px;font-family: Raleway,sans-serif;font-weight: 300;\"><Strong>PCI Will Provide<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:20px;font-family: Raleway,sans-serif;font-weight: 300;color:#000;\">\n<li>A presentation area with a counter presentation table<\/li>\n<li>A podium will be on the stage as well<\/li>\n<li>Seating capacity for 40 people<\/li>\n<li>Microphone and sound system suitable for a small group<\/li>\n<li>Headsets for the attendees<\/li>\n<li>A display monitor with speakers<\/li>\n<li>Any other furnishings or accessories will be the responsibility of the exhibitor to purchase\/provide.
