Cancellations made at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the Community Meeting will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee to cover the processing cost. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) but at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the Community Meeting will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the Community Meeting or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from the Company if you are unable to attend.
