Carlos P. Kizzee
EVP Intelligence Operations and Legal Affairs, Retail and Hospitality ISAC
Carlos Kizzee is the Retail and Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center (RH‐ISAC) EVP of Intelligence Operations and Legal Affairs.
Mr. Kizzee designs, develops, and oversees implementation of strategies supporting RH‐ISAC member
requirements and interests in cybersecurity threat intelligence and security operations program
maturity for their enterprise risk management, security, and the resilient continuity of secure consumer-facing commercial operations. He also oversees legal compliance activities for the RH‐ISAC organization. Mr. Kizzee was previously the Executive Director, Defense Security Information Exchange and, in that role, was instrumental in the development of the current National Defense ISAC.
Mr. Kizzee is a former government executive and retired career Marine Corps officer; previously leading agency, program, and project efforts related to security and infrastructure protection and resilience in government and military positions within and supporting the Marine Corps, The United States Air Force,the Department of Homeland Security, and among the information sharing and analysis center/organization community.
Mr. Kizzee has a B.S. in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a J.D. from Georgetown Law Center, and an LL.M from the Judge Advocate General’s School of the Army located at the UVA School of Law.
