A limited number of guest rooms have been set aside at the host hotel, The Mirage Las Vegas. The group rate at The Mirage is $159.00 per run of house room plus a $25 resort fee and additional applicable taxes. The group rate is available for reservations until Monday, 29 August, 2016, based on availability. The hotel’s check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out please contact the hotel directly.
Guest room reservations must be made by Monday, 29 August 2016, 17:00 in order to receive the group rate. The group rate room block is currently sold old. There are still some rooms available outside the PCI block at the regular Mirage rate. The hotel will accommodate additional requests for rooms on a space and rate available basis only.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: The first night’s deposit is fully refundable provided notice of cancellation is received by Room Reservations at 1.800.374.9000 at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
Ground Transportation:
Car Service: Car rentals, Limousine rentals, and Town Car rentals can all be made through the Mirage concierge services. Call 782-791-7416 to make a reservation, or email [email protected].
Shuttle: The Mirage does not have its own shuttles to and from McCarran International Airport. Airport shuttles are provided by outside companies for approximately $7.00 per person. Signs are posted on the transportation level at the airport outside baggage claim which will direct you to the shuttle area. Shuttles run from The Mirage to the airport from 4:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. every 15 and 45 minutes after the hour. The Concierge will make a shuttle reservation for you upon request.
Rental Cars: There is an Avis Rent A Car desk located in The Mirage hotel lobby for your convenience in renting a vehicle during your stay. You may contact Avis Rent A Car at (702)791-7425.
