But what about teams that build and\/or operate IT applications and infrastructure? Are they color blind? There\u2019s tremendous value in teaching attack and defend tactics to these teams. We’ll discuss ways the people in your organization\u2014inhabiting such roles–can contribute to improving its cybersecurity backbone. Using the color wheel analogy, we’ll explore the responsibilities of practitioners who operate within each \u201cslice of the pie.\u201d You\u2019ll also learn how improving your firm\u2019s diversity and inclusion can have dramatically positive effects on your team\u2019s talent.
