A contact centre technology veteran, Keith has over 18 years in the industry, having worked at 8×8, GCI-Nasstar and Outsourcery. He has specialist expertise in CCaaS, UCaaS, Advanced IVR applications and PCI DSS solutions. Keith is a Microsoft Technical Solution Professional and has a number of BT platform accreditations.
