Chelsea is a Director at FIS, where she leads the PCI Assurance Program consisting of 100+ annual assessments across numerous security standards including PCI DSS, PCI SSF, P2PE, PCI PIN, PCI 3DS, and Card Production. Chelsea has more than 20 years of Risk, Information Security, Compliance and Internal Audit experience in FinTech and Gaming (Casinos). Chelsea serves as Chair of the Payment Processor Information Sharing Community (PPISC) of FS-ISAC. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno; as well as, maintaining cybersecurity certifications including CISA, CISSP, CRISC, and PCI ISA.

On the 12th of September 1962, at Rice University, John F. Kennedy said “We choose to go to the moon. We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills...” The thing is though he wasn't entirely sure how they were going to achieve that. This lofty goal even spawned a term, moon-shot, which is to plan or do something that seems almost impossible, a long-shot. We have somewhat lost that drive, especially when it comes to cyber security. We need to get back to the days of moon-shot goals, we need to invent, and we need to look far ahead to go on the offensive in cyber security.
