Tim Thomas is responsible for the PCI small merchant program at Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Tim oversaw the product management function for ControlScan (now part of VikingCloud) and was responsible for their PCI Portal and managed security services. He also built and led technical support teams for multiple startups in network monitoring, security solutions and email security.
