Andrea Hendricks is currently the Director of Campus Commerce at Baylor University with 15 years of experience in Payment Card Industry Compliance within Higher Education. She previously worked at Oklahoma State where she obtained her ISA and PCIP certifications. In her current role, Andrea leads merchant services and serves as the chair of the Payment Card Oversight Committee for the University.
