Cancellations made less than thirty (30) but at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the North America Community Meeting will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the North America Community Meeting or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from the Company if you are unable to attend.
